Elevent review process
At the end of each event, we'll email both participants and organizers for feedback. Reviews will be displayed on each event listing page, and customers are never incentivized to leave them. We will never contact your event guests without your permission.
What is the difference between a listing rating and a host rating?
We want you to feel confident when choosing an event from our catalog. If an event doesn't have reviews yet, we'll display the host's overall rating so you can still see how they perform on our site. The host rating reflects all of their events and is shown until an event has enough reviews. Once there are enough ratings, we'll display the listing rating, which reflects feedback for that specific event.

In the unlikely event that a Host needs to cancel your event, we'll find you a similar or better event — or we'll refund you.
Get-What-You-Booked Guarantee
If at any time during your event, you find it isn't as advertised — for example, the kits don't include the items described — you'll have up to three days after the event date to report it and we'll make it right.
